Back to the 80’s

Having delusions of being 20 again. My daughter recieved a Hairdryer with a diffuser for her birthday so thought I’d have a play – anyone remember life before straighteners?? It was fun and way easier and faster than straightening.

Needed to make and finish something, so decided to try one of Heather Baileys super cute headbands(www.heatherbailey.typepad.com).  So fast, have now made 4. Will try to get a better pic (maybe better model!).

What? Hair dryers/straighteners? I don’t have time for that! I leave the house every morning with wet hair and it’s dry by the time I get to work.
    Hee hee… so slack!
Love the headband look. Chels would too!

Ok so I bought an el cheapo sewing machine for sewing on scrapbooking layouts (it’s still in the box hehehe) but I thought I’d have a look at this link for the headband pattern………..YEAH RIGHT!!!! I don’t even know what language this sewing-speak is in!! Might just start with paper and then branch out into fabric.
